Business Development Executive


Job Scope: Involve in the aspects of product development & realization for the ApnaAir.com market, which includes the areas such as research, planning, partnership or sponsorship negotiation and realization of travel related products and services. In addition, BDE's role is also to participate in the marketing initiatives namely, promotions and advertisement sales.

If you have passion for travelling that would be plus point. As this role requires frequent sales trips to partners market to establish rapport and negotiate for the best deals and also participation in trade shows worldwide. Apart from this, you will also be involved in ensuring your business partners promotions are pushed on all our communication materials.

Job Skills Required:

•  Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration

•  Minimum 2 years working experience in travel or hotel industry

•  Good command of written/spoken English .

•  Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

•  Able to travel as when required

•  Good interpersonal, communication skill and a positive personal traits

 

Travel Care Officer (Admin Support)

We are looking for a customer service oriented person who is able to assist guests and suppliers in all phases of the ApnaAir Ltd booking. The assistance will be provided mostly over the phone and email and work will involves mostly on computers.

Job Scope:

•  To respond to all queries and feedback forwarded by guest via telephone and e-mail

•  Able to handle and communicate effectively with ApnaAir Suppliers.  

•  Manage and monitor guest and supplier satisfaction through reports, complaint management, and problem resolution

•  Service recovery - satisfying guest and supplier with professional and empathetic service

•  Continuously strive to develop and maintain guest and suppliers rapport and satisfaction.   

Job Skills Required:

•  friendly and guest focused

•  must work as a team player

•  Candidate must possess at least SPM or Professional Certificate

•  Excellent written skills with good command in English

•  Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

•  Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

•  Able to work independently with strong follow up tenacity

•  Experience in customer service is compulsory

•  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
